Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism.
Monitor performance management systems and assist in annual appraisal processes.
Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance with labor laws.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement programs.
Process payroll and manage attendance and leave systems efficiently.
Support management in organizational planning and workforce development.
Ensure a positive work environment that promotes productivity and retention.
Requirements:
Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR operations or generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with discretion.
