About the Role:



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Senior HR Executive

to oversee all aspects of human resource practices and processes. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management and a mentor to the HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with professionalism. Monitor performance management systems and assist in annual appraisal processes. Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance with labor laws. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement programs. Process payroll and manage attendance and leave systems efficiently. Support management in organizational planning and workforce development. Ensure a positive work environment that promotes productivity and retention.

Requirements:



Proven experience (1-3 years) in HR operations or generalist role. Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and statutory compliances. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
