Manage end-to-end recruitment across all levels and departments.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate interviews with clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding is complete.
Maintain recruitment trackers and generate reports as required.
Client Acquisition & Client Management
Identify and tie up with new clients for recruitment services.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements clearly and deliver qualified profiles within timelines.
Handle client coordination, feedback, and closure of positions.
Consultancy Operations
Work on multiple job requirements simultaneously.
Ensure timely delivery of profiles and maintain quality standards.
Support business development activities related to manpower services.
Maintain candidate and client databases effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum
3 years of experience
