About Us:
We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our HR team. As a Senior HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process, identifying top talent, and building a strong pipeline of candidates to meet the organization's hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
2. Source and attract candidates: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract potential candidates.
3. Screen and shortlist candidates: Review resumes, conduct phone or video interviews, and shortlist candidates based on their qualifications and fit for the role.
4. Conduct interviews: Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates and assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role.
5. Manage the recruitment process: Coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
6. Build relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.
7. Track and analyze recruitment metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior role.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and recruitment skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, CRM).
4. Certifications: Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
