Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and referrals.
Conduct initial phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
Perform background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment screenings.
Negotiate job offers and handle all aspects of the hiring process.
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate candidate database in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and ensure they have a smooth transition into the company.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and labor market conditions to inform recruiting strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in recruitment (minimum [5] years preferred).
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in bulk hiring / campus recruitment.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
