Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
Create and post job openings on various job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
Source candidates through databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with offer negotiations and follow-up processes.
Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus drives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
03-05 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in (
Must Industrial experience)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and job posting platforms.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring processes.
Preferred : HR Recruiter in Industry (alloys, garment, mills etc)
