CTC:
INR 30,000 - INR 35,000/Month (Based on experience)

- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong recruitment knowledge.

- Should be an individual as well as team player.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source potential candidates from various online channels.
- Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talents.
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms. Capable of hiring frontline staffs, lab technicians and doctors.
- Interview candidates (via - phone, video and in-person)
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
- Taking care of End-to-end recruitment activities.
Only Immediate joiners are required.
