Rainbow Group of Companies is a leading educational institution dedicated to providing quality education with a strong focus on student success. We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for both academic and non-academic roles.

Job Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update the candidate database; ensure consistent and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.

Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and recruitment strategies.

Follow up with candidates on interview schedules, offer letters, and joining formalities.

Track and maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and consultants.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (HR or Business Administration preferred).

2-4 years of recruitment experience (experience in schools/educational institutions is an added advantage).

Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), and ATS systems.

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
