Handle recruitment across functions such as Production, Quality, Design, Maintenance, Purchase, Logistics, and more.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with Department Heads (HODs) and track status updates.
Draft, verify, and issue
Offer Letters, Appointment Letters
, and detailed

Maintain and regularly update
Recruitment MIS
and data records.
Prepare
candidate evaluation/comparison sheets
for final selections.
Carry out
onboarding formalities
and documentation for new hires.
Update and maintain
organizational charts

Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills required.
Proficiency in
MS Office tools & Excel
and exposure to recruitment platforms is essential.
