Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, across various job functions.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
Sourcing & Networking:
Leverage diverse channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive and efficient recruitment process for all candidates, maintaining strong relationships throughout.
Market Analysis:
Analyze recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and ensure timely hiring.
Employer Branding:
Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to enhance our employer brand.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior recruiters, helping them meet their targets and grow professionally.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on IT or technical recruitment.
Proven experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment best practices.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Experience in employer branding and networking events is a plus.
