We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
HR Recruiter
to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment, specifically in
senior and top management hiring
, preferably within a
manpower consultancy
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid, senior, and leadership-level positions.
Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates' fitment.
Coordinate interview schedules with clients and candidates.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for various roles.
Handle client communication regarding hiring requirements and updates.
Maintain recruitment reports and ensure timely closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment, with proven exposure to senior/leadership hiring.
Strong understanding of hiring processes within a consultancy setup.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple mandates and deliver within deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
Preferable - Married Female
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
