Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment:

Manage the entire hiring lifecycle from initial job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Strategic Sourcing:

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify active and passive talent.

Stakeholder Management:

Partner with department heads to understand technical requirements and define "culture fit."

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a professional and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the interview process.

Data-Driven Hiring:

Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize the hiring process.

Employer Branding:

Represent the company at career fairs and online platforms to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).

Sourcing Expertise:

Advanced knowledge of Boolean search strings and diverse sourcing techniques.

Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
