Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Handle client requirements, understand job briefs, and ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and weekly reports.
Drive process improvements in recruitment for better efficiency and quality.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
Strong client coordination and communication skills.
Experience in recruitment consultancy is preferred.
