Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
? Drive the full-cycle recruitment process - from sourcing to onboarding.
? Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs.
? Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for various roles across departments.
Payroll & Compliance
? Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
? Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.
? Maintain employee records and documentation as per legal requirements.
HR Operations
? Oversee day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee data.
? Implement and improve HR systems, policies, and procedures.
? Manage performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Administration
? Oversee office administration activities including vendor management, procurement, and general office
upkeep.
? Coordinate with finance and operations for seamless inter-departmental support.
Requirements:
? Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the ed-tech industry.
? Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
? Solid understanding of Indian labor laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
? Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
? Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
? Tech-savvy with familiarity in HR tools.

Pay: ₹12,740.04 - ₹46,760.81 per month
