We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle across a variety of open roles, helping to find, attract, and hire top talent for the organization. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and a deep understanding of recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, career websites, and social media platforms Source candidates using databases, social media, networking, and other channels Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs Provide a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
