Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans aligned with departmental needs and business objectives.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels (online platforms, job boards, industry events, etc.).
• Screen resumes and conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, evaluate candidates, and extend offers.
• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
• Manage employee relations, address concerns, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and employment laws.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
