Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social networks, references, and other channels. Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess candidates' fit. Manage end-to-end hiring process including scheduling interviews, coordination with hiring managers, and offer negotiation. Maintain and update recruitment data, trackers, and applicant database regularly. Build a healthy talent pipeline for future requirements. Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation processes for new joiners. Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives. Track recruitment metrics and share regular hiring progress reports. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sourcing capabilities and experience using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Good decision-making and negotiation skills. Knowledge of HR policies and recruitment best practices.

Pay: ₹12,976.18 - ₹30,673.07 per month
