Job Responsibilities:

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

from sourcing to onboarding Source candidates through

job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins

Screen resumes and conduct

initial HR interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update the

candidate database and recruitment tracker

Handle

offer letters, follow-ups, and joining formalities

Support manpower planning and meet

monthly hiring targets

Ensure a positive

candidate experience

throughout the hiring process Assist in employer branding and recruitment drives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Post Graduate in

HR or relevant field

Good knowledge of

recruitment processes and sourcing techniques

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in

MS Excel, email communication, and job portals

Experience in

retail/field hiring

will be an added advantage
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
