Job Description

Recruitment: ? Understand manpower requirements from clinic management and department heads and create clear job descriptions for clinical and non-clinical roles. ? Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and local networks, with emphasis on healthcare/clinic profiles. ? Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video initial interviews and shortlist candidates aligned with clinic culture, communication standards and shift requirements. ? Schedule and coordinate interviews with doctors/clinic managers, track feedback and ensure a smooth candidate experience end-to-end. ? Manage offer negotiation, documentation, reference checks and joining formalities, ensuring minimal position vacancy time. ? Maintain recruitment trackers, daily/weekly hiring reports and database of potential candidates for future requirements. HR Operations ? Coordinate daily attendance, weekly offs, and leave requests of staff; update records in HR sheets/HRIS and highlight discrepancies. ? Collate monthly attendance and variable data and share accurate inputs for payroll processing; support resolution of salary and statutory query from employees. ? Maintain employee files (KYC, appointment letters, confirmations, appraisals, warnings, exits) and ensure compliance with clinic policies. ? Support onboarding and induction for new joiners, including documentation, clinic orientation and policy briefing. ? Assist management with basic HR reports such as headcount, joining/exits, attrition and leave balances.

Pay: Up to ?1,019,772.68 per year
