Key Responsibilities:
Handle full-cycle recruitment for
non-IT roles
across departments.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up until closure.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for bulk and urgent hiring.
Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
Update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
Build strong relationships with business heads for manpower planning.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in
Non-IT recruitment
.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open requirements simultaneously.
Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
