to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier technical talent for our BPO operations. You will act as the bridge between complex technical requirements and the fast-moving hiring needs of a global outsourcing environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to final offer negotiation and onboarding.
Sourcing Strategy:
Utilize diverse channels (LinkedIn, Job Portals, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and internal databases) to find candidates for roles such as Software Developers, Network Engineers, Help Desk Support, and Data Analysts.
Technical Screening:
Conduct initial technical assessments to ensure candidates possess the necessary skills in languages/frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, .NET) or infrastructure (Cloud, ITIL, Cyber Security).
High-Volume Management:
Efficiently manage a high volume of open requisitions while maintaining a high quality of hire and a low "time-to-fill" metric.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand technical requirements and provide regular updates on the talent pipeline.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate weekly hiring reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a
BPO or RPO
setting.
Technical Literacy:
Strong understanding of IT terminologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and infrastructure roles.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical leads and entry-level candidates.
Adaptability:
Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven BPO environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
Experience hiring for niche roles like AI/ML, Cloud Architecture, or ServiceNow.
Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques (STAR method).
Knowledge of local labor laws and BPO industry trends.
