As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an HR Specialist who will play a key role in managing the human resources functions of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring a positive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an HR professional with a keen interest in the wedding industry.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding (Primary Role):

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the photography, cinematography, editing and related creative industries. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution. Address employee concerns, conduct investigations when necessary, and provide guidance to employees and management.

Performance Management:

Implement performance review processes and assist in the development of performance improvement plans. Work closely with managers to identify training and development opportunities for employees.

Policy Development and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed.

Benefits Administration:

Administer employee benefits programs and provide support in resolving benefits-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience minimum of 4-5years in human resources, preferably in a creative or photography-related industry. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
