Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated
HR Recruiter
to manage end-to-end hiring. The role includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth selection and joining process. Candidates with strong communication skills and recruitment experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
Screen profiles and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate follow-ups until joining
Handle documentation and maintain recruitment reports
Build and manage a strong talent pipeline
Ensure timely closures within deadlines
Key Skills Required

Good understanding of hiring processes
Ability to manage multiple positions at once
Time management and follow-up skills
Experience in BFSI or sales hiring (preferred)
