Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned client requirements.
Understand client needs, job roles, and hiring timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database.
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality profiles.
Manage client communication and provide regular hiring updates.
Guide and support junior recruiters when required.
Maintain recruitment reports, and trackers.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of recruitment life cycle in consultancy setup.
Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle bulk and lateral hiring.
Client management and coordination skills.
Proficiency in job portals.
Target-driven and result-oriented approach.
