Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and a strong understanding of the education sector. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within our organization.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers with selected candidates Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment Drafting and posting job descriptions.

Requirements:

Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field. Must have working knowledge on portals like Naukri.com, Indeed etc. Proven 6 months of experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role in Ed-tech. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
