We are looking for Sr. HR Recruiter who can manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to define needs, sourcing passive talent, and managing applicant pipelines to hire top professionals. Should be able develop proactive hiring strategies, mentor junior staff, ensure compliance, and negotiate offers to enhance company growth.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Generally 2-5 years of experience in agency or corporate recruitment.Tools:
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.Skills:
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.Common Performance Metrics
Time-to-fill and Quality-of-hire. Candidate satisfaction scores. Diversity hiring goals.
