Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT and sales positions.
Handle
bulk and volume hiring
for field sales, telesales, and business development roles.
Source candidates through portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and schedule final interviews.
Maintain candidate database and daily hiring reports.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure timely closures and achieve hiring targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
2-4 years of experience in
non-IT recruitment
and
volume hiring
.
Strong sourcing and communication skills.
Good knowledge of job portals and social media hiring.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
