Job Summary:
The
Senior HR Recruiter
will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities across departments, ensuring timely and quality hiring for technical and non-technical positions within the
Skill and Education Industry
. This role demands hands-on experience in mass hiring, campus drives, senior-level recruitment, and managing the recruitment lifecycle with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement effective
talent acquisition strategies
to meet business hiring goals.
Manage hiring for roles across multiple verticals - skill development, training, operations, procurement, project management, and support functions.
Source potential candidates through
Naukri, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and MIS reports.
Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
Manage
bulk and project-based hiring
for PAN India locations.
Handle
offer roll-outs, salary negotiation, and onboarding formalities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.
Act as a
mentor to junior recruiters
and guide them on recruitment best practices.
Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7-8 years of experience
in recruitment, preferably in the
Skill Development / Education / Training sector.
Strong knowledge of
ATS tools, job portals, and recruitment analytics.
Proven experience in handling
mass hiring and project-specific recruitment
independently.
