About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Senior HR Recruiter

to lead end-to-end recruitment activities for both

technical and managerial positions

in our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of industry requirements and proven expertise in recruiting for engineering, site, and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the

full recruitment lifecycle

, from sourcing to onboarding, for technical and managerial positions.

Source, screen, and shortlist

candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals. Coordinate and schedule

interviews

, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Partner with the stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Represent the company professionally, ensuring a positive

candidate experience

throughout the process.

Requirements

Graduate/Postgraduate in

Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

.

Minimum 5 years

of recruitment experience, preferably in the

Construction or Infrastructure

industry. Proven ability to hire

engineers, site staff, and managerial professionals

. Hands-on experience with job portals such as

Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn

, and other sourcing platforms. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously.
