\xc2\xb7 Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan. \xc2\xb7 Executing recruitment plans efficiently. \xc2\xb7 Drafting and posting job descriptions. \xc2\xb7 Interviewing candidates. \xc2\xb7 Preparing job offers. \xc2\xb7 Networking with various institutions and social media. \xc2\xb7 Conducting job evaluation surveys. \xc2\xb7 Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs. \xc2\xb7 Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees. \xc2\xb7 Compiling and presenting information on training. \xc2\xb7 Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors. \xc2\xb7 Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan. \xc2\xb7 Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.
