Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various positions across departments.
Understand staffing needs and create relevant job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, networking, and databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic & preliminary interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipeline and track recruitment status.
Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and follow-up until joining.
Maintain recruitment reports, MIS, and documentation.
Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
Strong knowledge of sourcing methods (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Good understanding of hiring metrics, MIS reporting, and coordination.
Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent preferred.
Preferred Experience
1-4 years in HR Recruitment
Experience in bulk hiring / technical hiring (optional based on your need)
Ability to meet recruitment deadlines and targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
