Responsibilities:
Experience into senior level recruitment using own network, contacts forrecruitment and consultants.
Independently handle recruitment process and close the open positions.? Ensure whether the organization's objectives and goals are being followedor not.
Work on the development of company policies and strategies that help increating and building a better environment for employees to work.?
Handle the employee complaints and addresses them with uniquestrategies and solutions for such challenges?
Suggest changes and improvements for the better functioning and productivity of the HR department? Works to arrange tours and interesting interactive sessions to on board theemployees?
Conduct employee orientations to familiarize them with the company'sethics and culture? Ensure a healthy work environment by conducting interesting and funsessions like events to engage the employees more.?
Observe and analyse the performance metrics, and use the data in strategyand policy development.? Organize the employee training and learning programs.?
Decide the budget for HR processes.?
Provide time-to-time feedback to employees on their performance
