Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

HR Manager (Female)

to lead our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance while fostering a positive and productive work environment. She should be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of HR policies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and workforce planning.

Employee Relations & Engagement:



Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues. Develop and implement employee engagement programs to improve workplace morale. Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment.

HR Policies & Compliance:



Ensure company policies align with labor laws and industry regulations. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. Oversee employee contracts, benefits, and compliance documentation.

Performance Management & Training:



Develop and implement performance appraisal systems. Identify training needs and organize employee development programs. Work with leadership to create career growth opportunities for employees.

Payroll & Compensation Management:



Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Manage compensation structures, employee benefits, and incentives. Handle leave management and attendance tracking.

Workplace Safety & Culture:



Promote a safe, respectful, and ethical work environment. Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Address workplace grievances and disciplinary actions fairly.

Requirements:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum [X] years of experience in HR management. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:



Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, PHR). Experience in [industry-specific HR management, if applicable]. Multilingual skills (if required for the role).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
