Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to improve workplace morale.
Foster an inclusive and diverse work environment.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Ensure company policies align with labor laws and industry regulations.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Oversee employee contracts, benefits, and compliance documentation.
Performance Management & Training:
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
Work with leadership to create career growth opportunities for employees.
Payroll & Compensation Management:
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Manage compensation structures, employee benefits, and incentives.
Handle leave management and attendance tracking.
Workplace Safety & Culture:
Promote a safe, respectful, and ethical work environment.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Address workplace grievances and disciplinary actions fairly.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
