Key Responsibilities
Handle full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Recruit for IT (Developers, Project Managers, etc.) and Non-IT (HR, Finance, Sales, Operations) roles.
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
Maintain recruitment MIS and ensure excellent candidate experience.
Manage vendor coordination and participate in employer branding initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn, and ATS tools.
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
