The SR.HR MANAGER supports key human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance. This role helps ensure smooth HR operations and fosters a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination
Support employee engagement and grievance handling
Ensure HR policies and legal compliance
Coordinate training and performance reviews
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
8-10years of HR experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of HRMS and labor laws preferred

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
