Job Purpose:
To lead and oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training & development, and compliance. The Senior HR Manager will play a key role in driving organizational culture, aligning HR strategies with business goals, and implementing an effective
Performance Management System (PMS)
to enhance employee productivity and retention.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Provide leadership and guidance to HR team members.
Partner with management to identify workforce requirements and plan succession.
2. Performance Management System (PMS)
Design, implement, and maintain a structured PMS aligned with organizational objectives.
Coordinate goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Train managers and employees on PMS policies and evaluation methods.
Link PMS outcomes to increments, promotions, and career development plans.
Drive a culture of continuous feedback and accountability.
3. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
Ensure effective onboarding, induction, and role alignment for new employees.
Maintain an internal talent pipeline for critical positions.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
Ensure a healthy, inclusive, and motivating work environment.
Address grievances, handle disciplinary procedures, and maintain compliance.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend engagement initiatives.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs based on PMS results and departmental requirements.
Plan and execute learning programs to develop technical and behavioral competencies.
Track effectiveness of training programs.
6. Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
Update HR policies in line with changing organizational and legal needs.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
Generate HR dashboards and performance reports for management review.
Use data insights for workforce planning and retention strategies.
