Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments (clinical & non-clinical)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Conduct onboarding and joining formalities
Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and documentation
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
Good understanding of recruitment analytics and reporting
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Strong negotiation and convincing skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR / Management or relevant field
