Role Summary

The Senior HR Manager for E-Commerce Sales will manage end-to-end HR operations for the e-commerce sales division. The role involves recruitment, performance management, training, and HR process implementation to support sales growth and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle hiring for Inside Sales, Field Sales, Tele-Sales & E-Commerce sales roles. Create job postings, source candidates, conduct interviews, and close positions on time. Maintain a strong pipeline of sales candidates.

2. Performance Management

Implement sales performance tracking systems (KPIs, daily targets). Ensure smooth appraisal cycles and PIP processes. Support sales managers in evaluating team performance.

3. Training & Development

Conduct onboarding sessions for new sales employees. Coordinate regular sales training: product updates, communication skills, customer handling. Work with sales leaders to identify skill gaps.

4. Incentives & HR Operations

Manage incentive structures, attendance policies, leave management, and monthly HR reports. Work with the finance team for monthly payout calculations. Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

5. Employee Engagement

Organize motivational activities, recognition programs, and team engagement sessions. Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain a healthy work culture.

6. Reporting

Prepare weekly & monthly HR reports for the sales department: Hiring status Attrition Incentives Training & performance updates

Skills Required

Experience handling HR operations for Sales teams (E-Commerce preferred). Strong recruitment ability. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of HR tools, HRMS, and sales incentive management. Ability to manage teams, solve conflicts, and support fast-paced sales environments.

Qualifications

MBA / PG in Human Resources or relevant discipline.

Minimum 4+ years of HR experience
