You will be the architect of our human capital strategy, moving beyond the "what" of HR (payroll, compliance, hiring) to the "why" and "how" of high-performance organizational design.
Core Focus & Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve the "Biz4Group Way" by building a culture of radical candor, psychological safety, and innovation.
Transition recruitment into "talent curation" by leading passive outreach and positioning the firm as a global AI talent hub.
Partner with Executive Partners to design high-impact team structures and leadership density.
Lead the company's external narrative by contributing thought leadership content on the "Future of Work."
Consult with department heads to solve complex people problems and scale technical departments.
Design growth roadmaps and "Stay Interviews" specifically for the top 5% of talent.
Integrate AI tools into the HR function for predictive analytics, personalized learning, and automation.
Implement impact-based assessment systems to replace outdated annual performance reviews.
Develop innovative, performance-linked compensation frameworks to attract top-tier technical architects.
Requirements
8 plus years of progressive HR experience
3 plus years in a leadership or strategic role within the IT Software industry
MBA in HR or a related field from a premier institution
Proven track record in building high performance cultures in technology firms
Deep understanding of business operations and the MERN AI talent market
High level of proficiency with Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude
Expertise in modern HRIS and Talent CRM platforms
Strong ability to articulate company vision as a storyteller
