Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Act as a strategic partner to senior management for workforce planning and decision-making.

Talent Acquisition & Management:

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent. Build succession planning and talent development programs.

Performance & Culture:

Design and implement performance management systems. Foster an employee-centric culture focused on engagement, collaboration, and productivity.

Learning & Development:

Create training and development frameworks to upskill employees. Drive leadership development programs for future leaders.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies. Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.

Compensation & Benefits:

Oversee payroll, C&B structures, and HR budgeting. Benchmark compensation policies to ensure competitiveness.

HR Operations & Digitalization:

Drive automation and HRMS implementation for efficiency. Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Proven ability to handle organizational change management. Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics & dashboards. High level of integrity, empathy, and decision-making ability.

Qualification:



MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
