Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes.

Oversee payroll, C&B structures, and HR budgeting.
Benchmark compensation policies to ensure competitiveness.
HR Operations & Digitalization:
Drive automation and HRMS implementation for efficiency.
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.

Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
