Identify manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
Prepare and post job descriptions on various platforms.
Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
Manage onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
2. Employee Relations
Foster a positive work culture through open communication and employee engagement.
Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data to suggest improvements.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Management
Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with the accounts department for accurate payroll processing.
Ensure timely submission of statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
4. Performance Management
Coordinate goal-setting and performance appraisal processes.
Maintain employee performance records and assist managers with evaluation.
Implement performance improvement plans where needed.
5. Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and plan training programs.
Arrange workshops, seminars, and skill development sessions.
Evaluate training outcomes and employee progress.
6. Policy Formulation & Compliance
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
7. Employee Engagement & Welfare
Organize events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
Promote a healthy work-life balance and motivate employees.
8. HR Administration
Maintain the HRMS database and personnel files.
Handle letters, memos, and communication related to HR functions.
Support management with HR reports and analytics.
9. Strategic HR Planning
Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
Align HR strategies with business goals for better productivity and retention.
