Job Description

Strategic HR Leadership

: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including workforce planning and succession management.

Talent Acquisition & Retention

: Oversee recruitment processes, employer branding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Policy Development & Compliance

: Design and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, diversity standards, and ethical practices.

Performance Management

: Lead performance appraisal systems, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee growth and accountability.

Employee Relations & Engagement

: Foster a positive work environment through conflict resolution, grievance handling, and engagement programs.

Training & Development

: Identify skill gaps and implement learning programs to enhance employee capabilities and leadership pipelines.

HR Analytics & Reporting

: Use data-driven insights to inform decisions on turnover, productivity, and workforce trends.

Team Leadership

: Manage and mentor HR executives, ensuring alignment across recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee experience functions.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
