Dear Candidate,

We have an urgent requirement for Sr. HR Manager post for our client.
Job Location - Taloja MIDC, Navi Mumbai

Relevant experience required min. 3 years.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsible of all HR operations and recruitment work.

Should have experience in statutory compliances. Experience in handling joining formalities, induction and orientation. Responsible to make HR policies. Experience in handling end to end payroll. Screen candidates resumes and job applications Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Maintain Daily reports, MIS. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,220.86 - ₹40,000.00 per month
