Roles & Responsibilities:
Design compensation and benefits package
Develop new HR policies and update the existing ones
Execute the employee's annual review procedures
Maintain and record employee attendance
Manage entire payroll process
Employee engagement
Organize events
Counsel employees as required
Conduct exit interviews
Manage workplace safety issues and complaints
Measure and understand employee retention and turnover rates
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations
Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
