What You'll Be Responsible For:
Lead and manage all core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, L&D, and compliance.
Act as a strategic partner to leadership in aligning HR with business goals.
Drive innovative hiring strategies beyond portals--leveraging strong references, networks, and industry relationships.
Establish and manage college connect programs for internship pipelines and academic tie-ups.
Champion culture-building initiatives and employer branding across internal and external platforms.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and systems aligned with best practices and business needs.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle--onboarding to exit, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership/managerial role.
Strong generalist HR experience across all domains (recruitment, talent management, compliance, HR operations, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to build strong networks for hiring, including off-portal sourcing and referrals.
Prior experience in hospitality, travel, F&B, or service-oriented industries is a strong plus (but not mandatory).
Strong academic partnership networks for driving campus hiring and internship programs.
Hands-on experience with HR systems and data-driven decision-making.
