About the Role
LRL Motors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced
Senior HR Manager
to lead our HR department, streamline policies, oversee recruitment, and drive a positive and productive work culture across all branches.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, people-focused, and strong in HR operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the HR team and oversee end-to-end HR operations
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and compliance
Handle leadership-level recruitment and workforce planning
Strengthen employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws, audits)
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance systems, and documentation
Manage performance evaluation systems and KRA/KPI frameworks
Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
Conduct training programs, appraisals, and career development planning
Coordinate with senior management for HR strategy and organizational growth
Required Qualifications
MBA in HR / Master's degree in Human Resource Management preferred
Minimum
5-7 years
HR experience, including
managerial leadership
Strong knowledge of labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to handle multi-branch and multi-department coordination
Experience in HR digitization, payroll systems, and policy building
