HR Manager
to manage
recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement
while ensuring a
motivated and productive workforce

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Management
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for all verticals
Develop effective
hiring strategies
to ensure timely staffing
Conduct employee
on boarding and orientation
programs.
Training and Development
: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
2. Payroll & Compliance
Maintain
attendance records
and manage
salary processing
.
Ensure
legal compliance
, including labor laws, health cards, and employee documentation.
Keep all
HR records and contracts
up to date.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address
employee grievances
, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.
Conduct periodic
performance evaluations
and assist in career development.
Implement
employee engagement initiatives
to improve retention and workplace satisfaction.
Develop and implement
performance management
systems, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
Employee Communications: Develop and implement employee communication strategies to ensure
effective communication
throughout the organization
4. HR Administration & Reporting
Maintain and update
HR databases and records
.
Prepare
HR reports using Excel
for attendance, payroll, and staff performance tracking.
Ensure
data accuracy and confidentiality
in all HR processes.
5.Strategic HR Initiatives:
Propose and execute new initiatives that enhance
employee satisfaction and productivity.
Introduce
innovative programs
for training, career development, and performance management.
HR Metrics and Analytics: Develop and track HR metrics and analytics to measure HR effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.

Experience:
5 years+ in HR, preferably in
media and entertainment
?
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.

Skills:
Proficiency in Excel
(HR data management, payroll tracking, reporting).
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Knowledge of
labor laws and HR best practices
.
Ability to work independently and
maintain confidentiality
in HR matters.
