The Senior Manager - Human Resources will be responsible for driving Bodycrafts people strategy across all business verticals: Salon, Spa & Clinic. The role involves building a culture of performance, learning, and engagement, while aligning talent practices with organizational goals. The incumbent will lead all facets of HR, including talent acquisition, organisational development, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and HR automation.

Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with Bodycraft's growth roadmap.
Preferred Skills & Competencies
10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in the service or retail industry (beauty, wellness, or clinics preferred).
Strong understanding of talent management, learning design, and HR automation tools. ? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS platforms especially Darwinbox, Zing HR, and analytics tools.
