Hire, train & retain
high-performing sales and service staff
Monitor day-to-day HR operations across showroom & field teams
Plan and execute
BTL-driven manpower strategy
for sales growth
Oversee attendance, payroll processing & incentive structures
Conduct performance evaluations & skill development programs
Manage employee relations, discipline, and compliance as per labor norms
Maintain HR records, audits & dealership documentation
Act as a key HR partner to dealership leadership for business decisions
Requirements
? Minimum
5 years of HR experience
in
Automobile / Two-Wheeler dealership
(Mandatory)
? Proven ability in
sales hiring & field team management
? Strong communication & motivational leadership abilities
? Knowledge of HRMS tools, statutory compliance & local labor laws
? Graduate / MBA in HR or relevant specialization preferred
