Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete HR operations for hospital/healthcare staff
Recruitment and onboarding of medical & non-medical staff
Manpower planning and workforce management
Attendance, shift scheduling, and payroll coordination
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with healthcare labor laws and hospital policies
Maintain HR records, files, and documentation
Performance management and appraisal support
Training coordination and HR reporting (MIS)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience as an
HR Manager in Healthcare / Hospital
Strong knowledge of healthcare HR processes
Experience handling doctors, nurses, paramedical & admin staff
Good communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
Preferred Candidate:
Must have prior experience as a
Healthcare HR Manager / Hospital HR
