Human Resource Executive / HR GeneralistJob Summary



We are looking for a dedicated and organized

Human Resource Executive

to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of HR processes, and the ability to handle both administrative and people-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

recruitment cycle

: job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding. Maintain

employee records

, attendance, and HR documentation. Coordinate

induction & orientation

for new employees. Manage

HR policies, procedures, and compliance

. Address

employee queries

, grievances, and support a positive work environment. Oversee

payroll coordination

, leave management, and performance tracking. Implement

training & development

activities. Monitor

workplace discipline

, punctuality, and adherence to company rules. Assist in

HR operations

, FNF processing, and exit formalities. Support management in

HR strategy, reporting, and HRMS updates

.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist (freshers with strong skills may also apply). Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of Indian labor laws & HR compliance. Proficient in MS Office, email drafting, and HR tools. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.

Preferred Qualities



Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and with a team. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. Time-management and people-management abilities.
